Welcome to Karl Dyson Photography.

After a few too many years, I've finally got around to putting together a website to showcase my photography.

I take pictures of a wide variety of subjects, pretty much whatever catches my eye.

Sometimes I take a picture knowing what I want to do with it, and what I want it to look like, the pit boards image taken at Thruxton is a good example of this. Others, I take and see what I can make of them.

I'm a bit of an all rounder when it comes to photography. I'm based in Oxford, although travel to other areas for many reasons, photography among them.
I'm a motorsport marshal, and attend many race meets each year, and whilst it's not generally permitted or accepted to use a camera whilst on duty, it's generally possible to take pictures of displays and paddock areas at lunch or in breaks.

Most of my images are taken with a Canon EOS 30D, but you know how it is, sometimes the best camera is the one you have with you.
